These matte pencils are moisturising and pigmented enough to be worn alone as a lip colour, but also work great under lipstick as a primer to help add some extra staying power.

These pencils can be used to reshape and refine the lips if a fuller pout is desired. Sharpen pencil between uses to aid in ease of application!
